Understanding Your Results
This graph gives you a visual representation of where your business is currently operating in relation to your Sweet Spot:
- Unique Offering (Q1-3): How well your services/products are differentiated and valued in the market
- Top Clients (Q4-6): How well you understand and serve your ideal client base
- Systematization (Q7-9): How effectively your business can operate without your constant involvement
The center area, or "Sweet Spot," shows where these three critical areas intersect. The closer your scores are to the center (5), the closer you are to achieving your business's full potential.
How to Read Your Chart
On the radar chart, each question (Q1-Q9) is represented as a point on the radar. Higher scores (5) appear closer to the center, indicating ideal performance, while lower scores (1) appear at the outer edge, indicating areas needing improvement.
The three colored circles represent the key business areas. When your scores for all questions in an area are high (4-5), your data points will appear inside the corresponding circle, closer to the Sweet Spot.
The star in the center represents the ideal "Sweet Spot" where all three areas of your business are optimized. It's the target to aim for—getting all your scores as close to this center point as possible.
